Every pilgrim deserves an unforgettable journey

Pilgrimage Lourdes was founded in 2008 with a single conviction: that a well-organised, spiritually rich pilgrimage can be genuinely life-changing. We have dedicated 16 years to perfecting our programmes, from the first contact to the final Mass of thanksgiving, so that every pilgrim can focus entirely on their spiritual journey.

We are not a large travel company with a pilgrimage department. We are a small team of dedicated pilgrims, guides and pastoral workers whose entire focus is Lourdes. Our groups are small (maximum 24 pilgrims), our guides are expert, and our care for pilgrims, especially those who are sick or have special needs, is our highest priority.

Marie-Claire has led pilgrimages to Lourdes since 2008. A former hospital chaplain, she brings a deep understanding of healing and prayer to every programme.

James O'Brien

Head of Pilgrim Operations

James coordinates all logistics for our English-speaking pilgrimage groups, ensuring every transfer, hotel and ceremony runs seamlessly.

Spiritual Guide & Retreat Leader

A Sister of Our Lady of Lourdes, Sr. Thérèse has lived and worked in the Sanctuary for over 20 years. Her knowledge of Lourdes is unparalleled.

Paul is a certified Pyrenean mountain guide and lifelong pilgrim who leads the walking and Pyrenees sections of our adventure programmes.
