Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival & Welcome
Transfer from Lourdes–Tarbes–Pyrénées Airport or Lourdes station to your hotel. Evening orientation walk along the Gave de Pau river and first visit to the illuminated Esplanade for the Torchlight Marian Procession at 21:00.
Grotto & Baths
Morning Mass at the Grotto of Massabielle, the very site of the 1858 apparitions. After breakfast, queue for the sacred Baths where pilgrims immerse themselves in the spring water. Afternoon free for personal prayer or exploration of the Sanctuary Domain.
Basilicas & Way of the Cross
Visit the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception and the underground Basilica of Saint Pius X. In the afternoon, walk the outdoor Stations of the Cross on the hillside behind the Sanctuary. Evening International Candlelight Rosary Procession.
Blessing of the Sick & Departure
Morning Blessing of the Sick ceremony, one of the most moving experiences at Lourdes. After a farewell lunch, transfer to the airport or station for your journey home.
