1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Pilgrimage Lourdes (pilgrimagelourdes.com, “we”, “us”) and you as a client or website visitor. By using our website or booking a pilgrimage package, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation and receive the required deposit.
Quote requests are free and non-binding. No contract exists until a booking confirmation is issued.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are per person unless stated otherwise.
Prices may vary based on group size, travel dates, and accommodation availability.

3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking confirmation.
The balance is due no later than 60 days before the departure date.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the full amount is due immediately.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit only.
31–60 days before departure: 50% of total package cost.
15–30 days before departure: 75% of total package cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund).
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation for any reason.

5. Our Obligations

We will use reasonable skill and care to arrange the services described in your booking confirmation. We are responsible for our own negligence but not for:

Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers)
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, weather, acts of God)
Changes to Sanctuary ceremonies or programmes made by the Lourdes Sanctuary authorities

6. Your Responsibilities

Ensure you hold a valid passport and any required visas for your travel dates.
Purchase adequate travel and medical insurance before departure.
Disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the programme.
Behave with respect for the sacred nature of the Lourdes Sanctuary and fellow pilgrims.

7. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current at all times. Package prices, itineraries and availability are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law
